CASA BLANCA RESERVATION POLICIES
Room prices are for single and double occupancy and INCLUDE all state and county taxes.. There is a $15.00 per person extra charge for any additional person over the age of six in a guest room. Rates include free wireless internet, complimentary afternoon tea and cookies, a full breakfast, and an early bird hot drink and snack before dawn during the peak winter months.
Casa Blanca is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted on the back patio outside.
Pets – We do not accept pets except for service dogs.
Children – We welcome children of all ages. Parents must supervise them at all times and keep them from running, jumping, or shouting while inside the bed and breakfast.
Check-in/Check-out – Check-in time is from 2:00 – 8:00 PM. We generally can accommodate arrivals outside of that time with advance notice. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
Payment – We no longer accept payment by credit card. Payment must be presented by way of CHECK or CASH. Again, we do not take credit cards.
CASA BLANCA CANCELLATION POLICIES
Casa Blanca is always closed from April through September. No business phone calls or e-mails will be returned during the months of April through August when the business is closed. We start to take reservations online and by phone for the new season starting on September 1st after 7 am (the business itself does not reopen until October 1st).
During the months of November, December and January there is a two night minimum stay requirement at Casa Blanca B&B.
THERE IS A ONE WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY in effect from November through January. If you cancel under that deadline (regardless of reason) you will be charged at the owner’s discretion unless the room can be rebooked.
During October, February and March there is no longer a two night minimum stay required, and the cancellation deadline drops to two days or 48 hours.
A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY is required during the peak season of November, December and January.
A deposit may be required if you make a reservation for three or more nights or for two or three rooms during the peak season of November, December or January.
