Prices are for single or double occupancy. There is a $15.00 per person extra charge for any additional person over the age of six in a guest room. Rates include free wireless internet, complimentary afternoon tea and cookies, a full breakfast, and an early bird hot drink and snack before dawn during the peak winter months. State and county taxes of 9% are additional.

Casa Blanca is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted on the back patio outside.

Pets – We will negotiate with you in regards to a dog in your guest room. Your pet must at all times be away from the kitchen and dining areas, and you are expected to clean up after your dog outside.

Children – We welcome children of all ages. Parents must supervise them at all times and keep them from running, jumping, or shouting while inside the bed and breakfast.

Check-in/Check-out – Check-in time is from 2:00 – 8:00 PM. We generally can accommodate arrivals outside of that time with advance notice. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

Payment – We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), checks (Personal, Business, Traveler’s), or cash. A credit card number (no debit cards, please) and expiration date are required to confirm your reservation.

Casa Blanca is always closed from May through September. No business phone calls or e-mails will be returned during  the months of May, June, July, and August when the business is closed. Reservations for the new season will be taken from September 1^st on.

During the months of November through February there is a one week cancellation deadline and NO refund can be expected for any reason unless we can rebook your room(s) or you reschedule.  During several weeks in the winter, including the Festival of the Cranes  and Thanksgiving, there is a two night minimum stay and if you should cancel NO refund will be given unless the rooms can be rebooked. 

At all other times of the year (October, March, and April) there is a 48 hour or 2 day cancellation policy. If you cancel under the 2 day limit, you can expect to be charged unless your room(s) can be rebooked.
